Shipping

All orders ship from Marrakech, Morocco within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. Standard international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

Free shipping

Orders over €75 qualify for free worldwide shipping on eligible items (before taxes and duties).

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Contact support@zaina.market before returning an item to receive the correct return address.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to your original payment method.

Customs & import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Non-returnable items

Personalised or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened beauty products) may be excluded unless faulty. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
